Question? or Strong Question?

Sometimes i feel confused with one simple thing called "Question",How does question work?
every people in the world must know that a good question bring a good opportunity,and what is the good question was?
someone tell me about "Strong Question" he's tell me about a picture in the museum,how does people look into the picture until 10 or 15 minutes?
a normal people in the museum just saw a picture about 30 second or less,and then they walk away,
i feel like a big question come to me and I must answer it,
the answer it's simple!
1.make a Price question about the picture
2.make a question about art in the picture
3.make a question about a little bit compliment to the picture
and 90% people after see the question must Thinking the answer,and that is the only way to make them stare about 10-15 minutes!
and that's just a example about Strong Question,and I try to make appointment with someone with this strong question way
every single time,we just ask like "do you have a time?" maybe people think they just underestimate your appointment,but if we ask "When you have a time? this week or next week?" people just try to answer this week or next week,if he's choose next week ask this "okay,when you can meet me?monday,tuesday,wednesday,thursday,friday,saturday,or sunday?"
people will try to answer one of  7 days above,and if he's already choose the day ask "so you can meet me in the morning or evening?" and i sure you will meet that people,and it's True!
so it's about your choice,a simple Question or a Strong Question?
remember,a good Question brings a Good Opportunity!
